网膜（omentum）是人体腹膜结构中具有特殊功能的双层浆膜组织，主要分为大网膜和小网膜两部分。在解剖学中，大网膜（greater omentum）起源于胃大弯，向下悬垂覆盖于小肠前方，形似围裙，内含脂肪、血管及免疫细胞；小网膜（lesser omentum）则连接胃小弯与肝脏，形成肝胃韧带和肝十二指肠韧带。
从功能角度，大网膜通过脂肪储存提供能量储备，其丰富的血管网络可参与局部炎症反应的隔离与修复。研究表明，大网膜中的乳斑（milky spots）含有大量巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞，具有免疫监视功能，能快速识别腹腔内病原体或异常细胞。临床实践中，外科医生常利用带血管蒂的大网膜瓣修复脏器穿孔或促进创面愈合。
